Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is the pioneer of the single malt Scotch category, flowing since 1887 from Dufftown in Speyside. Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least twelve years, it develops characteristic aromas of fresh green pear, subtle oak, and sweet malt. The palate is light, fruity, and delicately balanced. Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or with a splash of water.

Start with a small neat pour, then add a few drops of water or a single ice cube to compare the two serves. Water and melting ice change the concentration of the spirit, so add them gradually.
