Cîroc Vodka

Cîroc Vodka is an ultra-premium French vodka distilled five times from fine French grapes rather than grain or potatoes. The cold fermentation and maceration processes preserve a remarkably smooth, silky texture with subtle citrus aromas. Sip it chilled on the rocks, or use it as an exceptionally clean foundation for a classic Vodka Martini with a lemon peel.

For a simple long drink, measure 1 ounce into a tall glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces of chilled soda water and finish with a squeeze of lime. Stir gently. This gives you a clear starting point for adjusting the amount of mixer. If you prefer a sweeter drink, substitute part of the soda with cranberry juice or lemonade rather than adding syrup immediately.

For a Bloody Mary variation, combine 1 ounce of vodka with 3 ounces of tomato juice over ice. Add lemon juice, black pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce gradually, tasting as you go.
