Reserva de la Familia Extra Añejo is the crowning jewel of the Cuervo portfolio, aged for a minimum of three years in heavily charred French and American oak casks. It displays complex layers of toasted almond, dark chocolate, dried fruit, rich cinnamon, and sweet roasted agave. Best savored neat in a snifter alongside fine chocolate.

For a Margarita variation, shake 1 ounce of tequila with three-quarters of an ounce of fresh lime juice and half an ounce of orange liqueur over ice, then strain into a glass with fresh ice. Taste before adding syrup. The sweetness of the orange liqueur and the sharpness of the lime determine how much, if any, extra sweetener you need. A partial salt rim lets you choose salted or unsalted sips.
