Deep Eddy Vodka

Deep Eddy Original Vodka is handcrafted in Austin, Texas, using American corn and pure Texas spring water. Column-distilled ten times and charcoal-filtered four times, it delivers an exceptionally smooth, crisp spirit with natural sweetness from the corn base and zero gluten. A clean, reliable choice for highballs, Moscow Mules with spicy ginger beer and fresh lime, or a dry Vodka Martini.

This listing is for the 750 ml size. At a 1-ounce cocktail measure, that volume provides approximately 25 pours before allowing for spills or a different recipe.

For a simple long drink, measure 1 ounce into a tall glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces of chilled soda water and finish with a squeeze of lime. Stir gently. This gives you a clear starting point for adjusting the amount of mixer. If you prefer a sweeter drink, substitute part of the soda with cranberry juice or lemonade rather than adding syrup immediately.

For a Bloody Mary variation, combine 1 ounce of vodka with 3 ounces of tomato juice over ice. Add lemon juice, black pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce gradually, tasting as you go. Keep hot sauce separate until you have found the seasoning balance you prefer. Measure the ingredients so you can repeat the result, and choose a modest garnish that leaves room to stir the drink.
