What you will need
Ingredients for one drink
- 50 ml White rum
- 30 ml Coconut cream
- 50 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- as needed Ice
Bar tools
Jigger, Bar spoon, Strainer, Blender
How to make it
- Blend rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.

The story & background
This IBA reference uses white rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice blended with ice. Coconut cream provides texture; substituting coconut water would produce a materially different drink.
For the best texture, chill the glass and shake the cream with the liquid ingredients. Serve promptly; this is a freshly mixed drink rather than a batch to leave standing.
