Ingredients for one drink

  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml Pink grapefruit juice
  • 90 ml Prosecco
  • 30 ml Soda water

How to make it

  1. Add ice to a wine glass and pour in Aperol and grapefruit juice.
  2. Add Prosecco and soda; stir gently.

Created for The Liquor Outlet collection in 2026, this is a Vegas-inspired home-bar original. It is not presented as a casino’s signature recipe.

Prepare the still ingredients first and add the carbonated component last. A gentle stir keeps the bubbles; vigorous shaking belongs only to the non-carbonated part of a recipe.
