Absolut Tabasco Vodka

Absolut Tabasco brings aged chili-pepper and vinegar notes to a flavored vodka. It is a natural fit for a Bloody Mary with tomato juice, lemon and savory seasoning. For a different direction, try it with lemonade. Build the drink before adding extra hot sauce so you can control the heat.

This listing is for the 750 ml size. At a 1-ounce cocktail measure, that volume provides approximately 25 pours before allowing for spills or a different recipe.

For a simple long drink, measure 1 ounce into a tall glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces of chilled soda water and finish with a squeeze of lime. Stir gently. This gives you a clear starting point for adjusting the amount of mixer. If you prefer a sweeter drink, substitute part of the soda with cranberry juice or lemonade rather than adding syrup immediately.

For cocktails, measure the citrus and sweetener separately so you can adjust one without changing the other. Add carbonated mixers last to keep the bubbles lively. A flavored vodka can take the place of plain vodka in a familiar recipe, but start with less added sugar and let the named flavor guide your garnish. Keep the bottle tightly closed between uses and store it away from direct sunlight.
