Ingredients for one drink

  • 60 ml Dry sparkling wine
  • 30 ml Hibiscus tea cooled
  • 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 30 ml Soda water

How to make it

  1. Add ice to a wine glass, then pour in the still ingredients.
  2. Slowly add sparkling wine and soda, then gently stir.
